Stephen D. Hamilton has been licensed as an attorney to practice in all Courts of the State of California since 1994. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court, Central District of California and the Eastern District of California since 1999.

Stephen's practice is primarily involved in the represenation of clients in family law matters. This includes addressing and resolving such issues as:

• Domestic Violence Restraining Orders

Stephen has been a Certified Specialist in Family Law since 2004, and has also completed the 30 hour Divorce Mediation Training Skills Program through the Mediation Center for Family Law in Ventura, California.

Stephen has also actively represented clients in personal injury claims and actions since 1994. He has represented client's with claims arising from:
